Community Funding

We are the community group that has been organising the Christmas Fayre, Santa Fun Run; Carnival  (and are open to ideas 😊) for over 15 years.

Thanks to the support and generosity of the residents of Broughton Astley, we are able to support and provide funding for a number of village-based groups, organisations and local charities.

Every time you, your family and your friends attend the Summer Carnival, Christmas Fayre, Party in the Park or the Santa Dash and Dawdle, you are helping us raise valuable money to help local groups.  

Who can Apply?

Basically, any individual or not for profit scheme or group in the village or local area can apply for money if it benefits the Village or supports people from the village.   And we are happy to consider any project.

Over the years support has been given to:

Food bank Voucher Scheme for local families which ran throughout Covid | Seniors Lunch Club | Scouts, Guides and Brownies | Money towards new Defibrillator in the park | Funding for the Broughton First Responder | St Mary's Bell Ringers | Individuals representing their country in Sport | Local sports club replacement equipment | Local after school club projects |

How can we Support Your Group?

If you run or help organise and run a group in Broughton Astley, or have an idea for a  local project we could support, why not get in contact with us to how we can help.
